Now that the boys are all older, we have to start finding more adventurous things to do. Days spent at the park are no more. It's the BIG slide for us now.
I'd have to say that the ride up on the lift was pretty nice.
The kids didn't expect to have to haul their sleds, but it wasn't far - very little complaining.

It seemed like a really short ride down compared to the slow ride UP, but isn't that how it goes?

Looked like fun. Did you go up the mountain on a regular ski lift? I remember it being a different-type lift when we went. Or was that another Alpine slide? By the way, we had a taste of hearing a marching band the other day. The high school band was practicing as we were walking to the exercise track. It made us think of your neighborhood marching band.
