I haven't tried this one out yet. Did you first do your chicken in a crock pot too?
We need some new dinners in the rotation. I will try this one and check out the site. My kids have grown picky, though (they weren't when they were younger and now are!! Isn't that backwards?). Anyway, only rarely do we try something new and have it be a winner. Sometimes, if Greg and I like them enough they stay in the rotation anyway and the kids either eat it or find something they do like.
Robyn - No, I did not do the crock pot first. I just cut up the chicken and cooked it in a pan with a little Italian dressing and herbs. It was pretty quick. Leon would like to try it in the crock pot next time just to see what the difference would be. But, I know myself - I never plan ahead enough to use the crock pot. If the crock pot version is better, then there's no going back to the skillet method.
